STEP1　ハンガーに濡れたタオルを吊り下げる

ホテルであればハンガーは必ず置いてありますよね。寝る前にタオルを濡らして、ハンガーにかけて下さい。「湿度があがったなー」という実感はないかもしれませんが、確実に部屋の湿度は上がります。できれば、一枚だけでなく、複数枚使用するのが良いでしょう。

STEP2　バスタブに湯をためて夜も扉を開けておく

これはとても効果的です。出張ではシャワーだけの人も多いかもしれませんが、そんな方もバスタブに湯を張って、寝ている間もバスルームのドアを開けておきましょう。寝ている間中、バスタブの湯が蒸発して部屋の中が蒸気で満たされます。

STEP3　枕元に水を入れたコップを置いておく

コップに入れた水は思っているよりも早く蒸発します。枕元に置いておけば、寝ながら蒸気を吸うことになるので、喉の乾燥を防ぐことができます。
できれば、冷たい水よりも温かい湯をコップに入れた方が良いでしょう。
また、傍に水を置いておけば、夜中に目が覚めた時も、水を飲んですぐに口を潤すことができます。

STEP4 マスクをつけて寝る

これは最終手段かもしれません。口腔内の湿度を保つにはガーゼマスクが優れています。ただ、寝ている間に無意識に取り外してしまうこともあるので、一度試してみて、外れないようであればこの方法が最も良いと思います。
